I think Paul Clarke makes an extremeley good point about Jay Sean's frequent style of "bump 'n' grind" that it's becoming more predictable of his style in each new single. He also continuosly conveys his loss of love through his single's which have become more 'boring' over the time he has released his new album. Maybe he should try a new approach and explore further genre's and explore further themes rather than just 'women'?

I am afraid Gay-Sean is really really whack... one of the worst individuals to ever grace a recording studio (possibly with the exception of Neighbours' Stefan Dennis and Scatman John). The only good song is Ride It and Maybe and the rest I wouldn't rate at all. He's done well but was expecting more but good luck. Not really a Jay Sean fan, those two songs were good. DO something different Jay Sean because it's getting same old put some different type genre music in and please don't put bhangra in it. If you want different class of people to like your music then you might jiggle around with other genre of music and put in your strongest genre, and think doing this will prove your not based on RnB all time, actually no one done this, you might aswell be first and be successful, just good advice and good luck.

Jay is doing pretty well and he hasn't lost the courage to just keep doing it. The way he got up with Rishi Rich and Juggy D few years ago was a good start, me against myself and now Ride it. The approach to be consistent it what takes to grow up. Jay hasn't seen much success yet but with the way he is growing, he "slowly" will get there. Someone mentioned about only young silly girls liking him, that's not true. Also he is no longer a "UK representative". There is no representative in music, music is not politics where someone is presenting any voice. Music is good, style is good. I can find faults in 50 cent, Michael Jackson and Ludacris, anyone can but that's not the point. You have to enjoy what's out there and ignore the negatives. Live, enjoy and let others do it too.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but honestly I think this is a very unaccurate review. Jay's done incredibly well with this album, he's made it into mainstream, charts all on his own. His own company and used his own money on the videos. And you can't say the videos are rubbish, cos he's one awards for them. First I think it is important to say everyone is entitle to their own opinion. And whether you slate Jay Sean or rate Jay Sean you have to admit he is has done very well for himself. He is probably one of the first Asians to play at Hammersmith Apollo (which may I add has had many many huge stars play there) and play at massive gigs such as Glastonbury and ‘Love Music Hate Racism’. Give him credit where it is due that is a great achievement before the age of 30. So to the new album. Well there was a lot resting on this album, first album in four years, own label E.C.T. And well I have to say it is a good album and I do love some of the songs on there. It is defiantly up there with some of the great R’n’B artists at the moment; Chris Brown, Ne-yo to name but a few. Love the songs stay:):), cry and good enough. Keep up the good work Jay.

Mafz and Rahima - where did you learn to write English ? Can't take you seriously and what has being famous got to do with anything ? You can't really say he's famous outside of Hounslow. Oh, and I probably have more cash than he has.Ride It (and Jay Sean) is mediocre at best... I remember seeing an interview with him once and he 'claimed' that he was best mates and used to rap with Ludacris in the US !! Hahaha ! Jay Sean talks about "Mo'Vida" in one of his songs.... he probably couldn't even get in.... he should go to a proper club like Bungalow 8 (NYC/London) or Opera / Crimson in LA. Forget this talentless loser and cop some Ghostface Killah, Lil' Wayne or Jay-Z for some real lyrics.

Didn't really know much about him until one of my friends and I went to his concert in NYC. He actually is really good. Enjoyed the music. I just purchased his album, love it!!!Jay Sean keep up the hard work, it shows! Don't forget about us, your fanz from the USA-NYC...

I agree - the first half of the album is much better than I thought it would be, but the second half loses the plot, and gets dull quickly.
